Master falconers only. NOT allowed for Apprentice (1590.80(a)) or General (1590.80(b)). REQUIREMENTS: Experience documentation plus 2 letters of reference required (1590.80(c)(3)). MAX 3 EAGLES: Golden eagles, white-tailed eagles, and Steller's sea eagles in aggregate. Not native to US - captive-bred only. No US wild population. Federally legal per 50 CFR 21.82. Master: max 5 wild birds total (eagle counts toward limit).
