Master falconers only. NOT allowed for Apprentice/General. Max 3 eagles total (golden, white-tailed, Steller's sea eagle in aggregate) if department approves request (t)(3)(D)). Must submit experience documentation handling large raptors and 2 letters of reference (t)(3)(E)). Not native to IN - captive-bred or legally transferred only. No US wild population. Federally legal per 50 CFR 21.82. Master: counts toward 5 wild raptor limit.
