Master falconers only. NOT allowed for Apprentice/General (68A-9.005(4)(b)4). Not native to FL (captive-bred only). Requires 1,000+ hours experience with large raptors (68A-9.005(4)(c)6a). Must provide documentation and 2 reference letters. Max 3 eagles total (Golden, White-tailed, Steller's combined). Counts toward 5 wild bird limit. Max 2 wild replacements/year. Captive-bred only - no US wild population.
